III. Legal basis and why the website does not have a cookie banner

The data referred to in Section II is technical in nature and serves to ensure the functionality of the website and to provide the service you have requested on the website (for example, submitting a form). Pursuant to Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, consent is not required for their storage.
2. We process the personal data contained therein on the basis of a legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), as set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. The website does not use analytical, marketing or advertising cookies. Therefore, it does not display a cookie banner.

IV. Payments: Stripe and CoinGate
1. Payments can be made via the following payment service providers: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland) for card payments and CoinGate (Decentralized UAB, Lithuania) for cryptocurrency payments.
2. When paying by card, Stripe may set cookies to prevent fraud and secure the payment (for example, __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid); when paying with cryptocurrency, CoinGate sets its own cookies. These are necessary to process the payment you have requested. They are governed by the policies of the relevant provider (stripe.com, coingate.com) and the provider of this website has no control over them.
